Chris Clarke has been selling Real Estate for Re/Max Hallmark for more than 25 years. It is the only Real Estate company that he has worked for. He is not an agent who changes companies every 5 years. Being loyal to his company is very important to Chris. In fact, Chris has only worked for two companies his entire adult life. Chris spent 10 years in corporate business, at a firm called Tremco, before joining Re/Max.

Chris has won many Real Estate awards. He has been in the top 100 Realtors in Canada and North America many times. However, these accolades are of little importance to Chris. He does not display a single award out of the more than 25 he has recieved. Much of this comes from his background. He was born in Saint John, New Brunswick, and carries those simple East Coast values along with him. Honesty and integrity mean everything to Chris in Real Estate.

Chris has put together a small but powerful team. He keeps it that way so that he can be hands on with his clients. He is not at the cottage every weekend when you need your Realtor. He is best friends with his daughters. Even though they were born in Ontario, he constantly reminds them of his East Coast values. His daughters love to kid with him about that. He loves his dog Karma, his partner Noni, and life in general.

Chris has a no nonsense approach to Real Estate. Everything is straight up. His team members are not simply co-workers. Chris considers them family. NONI FENBY

Noni Fenby has been a successful Realtor in Toronto for almost 15 years. Noni and her partner Chris Clarke oversee the Chris Clarke Team. Noni is a people person and loves the dynamics of Real Estate. While she was born in India, Noni has spent her adult life in Toronto. Her parents have owned the legendary Sher-e-Punjab restaurant for approximately 35 years. Noni loves working with Buyers and Sellers. Her clients continue to refer her as a Realtor in record numbers, because of the time and care she gives to each and every client.

Noni has a beautiful daughter Simryn, and they love spending time together. Noni also loves spending time with her dog Karma. Besides Real Estate, her daughter and her dog, she loves to travel and spend time with her friends. Noni is a big family person and loves hanging out with her brother and sisters.

STEPHANI TURNER
Stephani Turner is an accredited Interior Designer with over 7 years experience in the design industry. After completing her education at the University of Western Ontario and graduating from the Interior Design program at the International Academy of Design and Technology, Stephani went on to work as an assistant designer at a prestigious design firm in Toronto.

In 1998 Stephani established her own design firm, Stephani Turner Interiors, where she now works independently on a vast array of residential and commercial projects throughout the city. She is known for her design style and sensibility which is reflected in the interiors she's designed which can be described as classic and timeless - creating & combining functionality and practicality in interiors that are beautiful and fresh and will stand the test of time.

In addition to being known for her interior design work, she also specializes in home staging exclusively for The Chris Clarke team. The knowledge and skills she brings from her design work into her staging is her ability in knowing exactly what potential buyers are looking for in a new home. In her home staging work, she works with clients to transform their homes into spaces that appeal to potential buyers - playing up the architecture of the space with soft & neutral paint colours, de-cluttering and adding/removing furniture are just a few of the techniques she uses to get clients homes looking their absolute best and ready to sell.



JOEL H. MIXA
Joel has been practicing real estate, business and estate planning law for 10 years and is admitted to the bar in both Ontario and Illinois, U.S.A. Prior to practicing law in Ontario, Joel was corporation counsel in the commercial real estate division at a major title insurance company and also at several law firms in Chicago. His background and years of experience provide him with the knowledge and ability to advise clients on matters ranging from a single family home transaction to large commercial real estate and business transactions. He prides himself on providing clients with clear concise explanations of the legal issues involving their transactions, provides sensible advice based on his experience to make their transactions proceed as smoothly as possible, and being readily available and responsive to his clients.
