Client First

“Client First” is a unique philosophy. Almost everyone salesperson things that they operate this way, but almost none actually do. We even used to think that we operated that way, but we didn’t.

When you talk with a Realtor®, they will tell you “we are number 1, we sell the most houses, look at our stats, we are the best.” Their marketing and their ads will all tell you that they are the best. For many years we also go caught up in that mindset, but deep down we knew something was missing. When we adopted “Client First” as our mission statement, everything changed.

What is “Client First”? It means that every decision we make will be based upon what is best for you, the client. It means being honest with you at all times. It means caring about you. It means being competent and knowledgeable for you.

When you are honest, you are respecting the client’s right to make up their own mind based on the truth and knowledge you have provided. When you are competent, you are respecting the client’s right to receive full value for their money. When you care about your client, you are respecting their hopes, dreams, and desires.

This is what we will prove to you, our client. We will stage your house if needed. We will be there for every concern. We will never pressure you or have you make a decision that is not in your best interest.
